The quickest way from Orio al Serio airport to the centre is by bus (1 hr; €7,90). Alternatively, take a bus to Bergamo station (15 mins; €1,65) and a train from there (1 hr; €4,10). Taxis are over €100.
Day
For a great view of Milan, take the steps or lift to the Duomo cathedral’s roof (www.duomomilano.it) and wander among the elaborate Gothic statues and spires.
Evening
